The Laboratory of Comparative Immunology has the research mission to increase understanding of host-microbe interactions in the context of the brain-gut-microbiota axis with the goal of improving the human condition; the educational mission of fostering independent and original thinking in Learners of all backgrounds and conditions; and the societal mission of promoting public awareness of scientific issues.
